The master bedroom has a suite while the other bedrooms share a bathroom and a toilet. Master bedroom has a queen size bed while the two double bed rooms have one double and a single bed each. This is a quiet neighborhood and the apartment is close to all amenities such as shops, public transport, restaurants etc.

The apartment is suitable for a family of 4-5 who are looking for value for money, clean, comfortable and safe accommodation. For your safety and security, the apartment is manned 24/7 by a reputable security service.

• 50% refund of the total cost if you cancel at least eight weeks before check-in.
• 25% refund of the total cost if you cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
