Application Process
To help insure a high quality of life at our apartment communities, we carefully screen potential residents. Milena Apartment Homes adheres to all Federal, state and local Fair Housing laws and uses standard, non-discriminatory screening criteria, including, but not limited to:
- Credit history
- Income verification
- Previous rental history
In most cases, potential residents will be required to complete a simple residency application and charged a nominal application fee. The signed application gives the community permission to verify the information contained within the application.
